Full 30-year seller financing with no balloon payment, ever. Our lowest rate, and usually no closing costs. Lease for the first year, then switch to the seller financed loan for years 2 through 30.
You’ll close at a title company. You’ll have ownership from day one. But you’ll have a higher interest rate, more closing costs, and there may be a balloon payment.
