Nate Tanner
Founder
Nate started working in real estate in 2006. During the big crash of 2007, he started offering seller financing on homes, when many people couldn’t buy a home any other way. That experience led to the creation of Hassle Free Homes. Nate firmly believes owning a home should be within reach for far more people than the banks allow. Aside from real estate, he enjoys ultimate frisbee, coaching little league sports of all kinds, and spending time with his wife and 3 obnoxious children.
Sarah Tanner
Private Lender Liaison
Sarah schmoozes with private lenders, so we have money to buy homes! Her original career was in medicine, but she married into the real estate world in 2013, and has fully embraced it. Sarah loves helping people, working with all different kinds of people, traveling to different countries, and taking care of her kids and her toy poodle, Smokey. She is passionate about education — in the real estate space, in the childhood development space, and in life!
Sebastian Peña
PMPM
Sebastian coordinates the many moving pieces that turn houses into homes. He invented the double duty position "PMPM" (project manager property manager). He makes sure each home is move-in ready and the details are handled — so the buying experience stays, well, hassle free. Before working in real estate, Sebastian was a financial advisor, and before that a professional tennis player!
Adrián Abril
Home Buyer Liaison
Adrián coordinates transactions, manages operations, and makes sure everything is running smoothly, but first and foremost he works with home buyers. He can help you buy one of our homes today! Adrian has been with Hassle Free Homes since 2023.
David Sánchez
Property Analyst
David is the master of analyzing real estate properties. He’s focused on building a steady pipeline of quality properties, so there’s always a great home waiting for our next buyer.
